Digital products, by their nature, are intangible and once delivered or accessed, they cannot be returned physically. Therefore, our return and refund policy for digital products is as follows:

    • Customized or personalized digital products.

    • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
    • No Refund shall be made once products are sold or received.
  7. Note:
  • Digital products are not physical, so they cannot be shipped, because of this, the cash-on-delivery option is not given in digital products, that’s why a prepaid payment option is given on all digital products because they are delivered directly to the customer by mail.
